This website was created by Deacon David England who invites you to share a course of spiritual development based on the Bible.

David has a PhD in Philosophy in Political Science and has taught college-level courses for over 30 years.  David's love of research is reflected in the homilies he wrote and delivered, and he is pleased to share them with you now through this website.

The San Damiano Cross is the large Romanesque rood cross that St. Francis of Assisi was praying before when he is said to have received the commission from the Lord to rebuild the Church.
